I would try a large Japanese grocery store and ask for it under the Japanese
name, "sake kasu."  I live near Chicago, and I know they sell it at the big
Japanese grocery store in Arlington Heights, Mitsuwa Marketplace.

For those that are interested, "rice wine lees" or "sake lees" (or "sake
kasu") is a common ingredient in modern Japanese "homestyle" cooking, used
in making pickles, and in making the beverage amazake.
