[Sca-cooks] Baby Artichokes, recipe request

Sometimes Kroger comes through.
I went to the store yesterday and I picked up 24 baby artichokes for a
mere $3.  Only problem is, what on earth do I do with this great bounty.
 I am toying with the idea of preserving some, but any recipes, period
or not, would be really welcome, especially as they are on sale till the
end of the week.
