To freeze really good corn...

Cook the corn on the cob in a big pot with butter in the water.  After they
are cooked butter the corn well.  Then when their cool cut off the cob and
place in a freezer bag with a lump of melted butter, make sure its mixed
well, then freeze.

These taste really good in the middle of winter, just like corn on the cob.
