I'm not sure, but I think not, Misha. Most of the
affirmative action gig is based on being discriminated
against for something you can't help- race, gender,
disability, etc. Homosexuality is considered a choice,
in most people's minds, and while current laws are
starting to recognize gay bashing as a crime, I don't
think being gay is considered a disability. After all,
you can hide being gay, by not romancing your lover in
public, or not acting nelly or butch, but unless
you're Michael Jackson, you can't really hide that
you're black. Or female. Or blind. Or unable to
walk.....
