[Sca-cooks] celtic food

Hi! I know there aren't any pre-13th century cookbooks, so if one was trying
to do a *reasonably* accurate (i.e. tasting good and making people happy is
more important than completely period, but I do want to be at least
plausible) early period Celtic feast, where would you start looking for
sources? (and I'm checking the Florilegium now....)
