I can actually go you one better...though it was an accident rather than an
intended action.  Some years ago, we had a lady camped with us who loved her
rum and coke.  One evening she ran out of coke after Phillip and I had
retired.  She rummaged around in our cooler, which was under our dayshade
out in front of our tent, and found a bottle...plastic, with a coke label on
it.  Shortly thereafter, we heard what can only be described as very
colorful language from her!   Turns out she had added the contents of that
bottle to her rum and, without looking, had taken a big swig.  Phillip had
made me some absolutely wonderful "Kahlua", and had neglected to relabel the
bottle...after all, we both knew what was in the bottle...and didn't figure
that someone would "borrow" some after we'd gone to bed.  After all, in the
light...it was obvious it wasn't coke!!!  She never tried that again!
