if one or two people are on a diet.. its "catering to them" (which may still
be a good thing)

if a large number of your potential or actual attendees are on a specific
diet. it becomes the majority.

actually, its just like the whole feast/fast issue.
there will be some people fasting, even on a non fast day.. they are the odd
ones out.
if it is a noted fast day.. then *everyone* is assumed to be fasting, and
the non fasters are the odd ones.
