[Sca-cooks] Turkey leftovers

Living alone, and without much freezer space, I don't get turkey
leftovers anymore :o(.
My Dad always made the *best* open-faced sandwiches with the
leftovers--turkey, gravy, etc.
Turkey sammmiches with cranberry sauce...mmmmmm
And my favorite: Mulligatawny Soup.
Dang....now I'm homesick...*sigh*....
