[Sca-cooks] gas vs. electric ovens and ranges

Others have probably answered by now, but I've used both and strongly prefer the control that gas gives me over electric.  Besides, I live on Long Island, NY, home of blackouts in winter and brownouts in summer.  Gas is the only way to go.
