[Sca-cooks] Easy Italian Feast??

Should you decide to make ravioli - invest in a couple of ravioli
plaques (sp?).  We made ravioli from Welserin for a feast, and should
have had two of the darned things.  But during testing, using one
plaque, we could turn out a whole lot more ravioli than we could
without. Besides, with the way ravioli swell, we didn't need to make
them bigger than the 1" squares we made.  Just a suggestion.

The ravioli we made had chicken/cheese or spinach/cheese fillings.  I
have frozen them on pizza pans, then moved them to freezer storage bags.
This turned out to be one of those "If I ever do these again..." We made
ours fresh the day of the feast, but they could/should have been made in
advance.

Why didn't I think of the turkey fryer to boil broth for the ravioli?  I
guess that's why we are on this list!
