Serena,

We didn't think of won ton wrappers. During our testing phase, we tried
using the dumpling makers Olwen sent. After cooking, they all seemed way
too large. I suppose we could have made fewer...

And next time, I won't make so much ravioli filling, I'll make and
freeze the ravioli in advance and we'll use a bigger stockpot for
cooking them.

Hindsight is 20/20!
