| the trades of a lot of folks with disabilities are pushed into.  become a
| baker, become a dishwasher, etc...

So what is the difference?  My dad's hard of hearing, but it was an acquired
thing (career Marine, helicopters and airplanes and way too much noise) and
hearing aids take care of *most* of it.
