I found and copied into a word file the whole thing, including the links at
the bottom. It clearly states at the bottom of your material that is is
reproduced by permission only, etc, which I thought odd since I was certain
that you had refused permission. And I don't believe the links to
Cariadoc's materials were properly attributed. Anyone know a decent
copyright lawyer?
