This is very helpful. I had assumed they meant panir, or something
like it, which I have made before, so I didn't ask about it. Good thing
you corrected the assumption! It does make sense, though, to use
yoghurt; now that you mention it, I don't recall that style to have panir
in it, but rather a smooth sauce.
And the packet clearly was made in India for sale there; there's a
place at the bottom where the price inside and outside of Pune can be
stamped. They also have a website; maybe I should check it out. Thanks!
