I know it's not Indian (I'm the one who posted the tofu bit). It was
just my original (obviously wrong <g>) impression of the word "curd,"
for some reason. Maybe because of my cold...I've been seriously craving
some good hot-and-sour soup, and some Kung Pao tofu....mmmmm.......
