Ok, I think the package says overnight, changing the water several times.
So, what do you mean by "hot sauce"? Do you mean like "Tabasco"? Or do you
mean like a warm, cream sauce? Hmmm. Maybe a white sauce with some mild,
chilis or peppers. Or maybe green peppercorns.
