Sort of another poll. Phlip and I have a roughly 15 lb picnic ham lurking
that we want to cook up. Neither of us is really into the 'candied' common
forms of cooking [you know, the while cloves, sweet glaze typical stuff. i
for one am not overly fond of cloves, sort of like some people we know and
saffron...]

Anybody have a favorite period recipe? I am all pernam-ed out [roman
