Hmmmm.  Coffyns come imediatley to mind.
But animal feed is probably where most kitchen waste wound up.
Pig slop is pretty likely. that would be where you put most of the kitchen
junk.
Chicken feed is probable too, though they would be pretty busy with the
insects in the yard.

Also it is possible that the contents of the seive would be dried in cakes
and handed to the poor, or added to poorcakes or servants bread, like bean
meal and porrige.

but this is just speculation.
