A number of years ago, I was told by a doctor to reduce my calcium intake.
One of the things that I found is using liquid Non-dairy creamer in place of
milk. It is usually found in the freezer section at the supermarket near
the frozen concentrates. I don't normally drink it (I was never much of a
milk drinker.... I get my calcium from cheese, sour cream, ice cream, etc) ,
but I have found that I can cook with it, in the place of milk or cream. The
brand I use is lactose, calcium, and cholesterol free.
