[Sca-cooks] Lots of pickles

I can remember being at my grandmother's
when we did 70 quarts of peaches in less
than 2 days and then started on just quarts
and more quarts of tomatoes, including
stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, whole tomatoes,
etc. People who have the jars, the produce,
the equipment and the time still "can", because
they enjoy it. It's also a tradition in a lot
of families.
