[Sca-cooks] Almond Milk

   Well.....the Almond Milk making was a SUCCESS !
     other then picking the nuts it was hands on
    and hand done.I did find tho that a heavier
   mortar and pestle then what I currently own
   is a neccisty. I chopped the nuts to a fine
  sliver then tossed them in the mortar for grinding.
  The process was a bit tedious  but the reward well
   worth the doing.The recipe used was from Early French
  Cookery pg.60-62
