Seconded. (with prejudice)

Insurers and some DME dealers will attempt to influence a client to take a
less suitable piece of equipment at times. I'm sure profit has no bearing
whatever on such things. (Yeah, right!:)

Hold out for what works best for _you_ and reserve the right to try several
choices _in actual use_ before you settle on one.

Cool. Where ya work? I'm in the field myself, work for Access to
Independence in Ravenna,OH, a non-profit DME supplier, as a wheelchair
tech/rehab builder/service manager/ cookandbottlewasher.

I guess I _could_ look in the Pale, but wheretheheck is Rockhealden?
