These may not be in the HRA libraries at all.
Many times these are held in the general stacks or
graduate stacks. As an alumni,  FSU will allow you
to sign on and browse the online catalog to see
what they have in advance of a visit. You can then
do a keyword or subject search under "Cookery--early works"
I signed on and came up with:
Search: k=cookery early works
  Hit Count: 88  Records: 1 to 25
using the address http://www.fsu.edu/~library/

RLIN tends to be an academic library database, but ask...
they may have access...
