[Sca-cooks] black sugar

It is called Turbinado but I think someone already said that.
Surprisingly it either blends really well or melts in cold liquid as we
use it in our Smoothies.  I have never actually checked it to see how
quickly it dissolves.   Hmmm experiment time at work today...
But I am very familar with it.
