Heh, I appreciate the invite, but my lady's birthday is 2 days prior &
we have a War-prep workshop that night.  :)

Which brings me to a new thread.  I thought I'd start the pre-war Camp
Food thread early this year.  With Gulf Wars and Estrella War coming
up, I ask of the list:

Kitchen cooking & campsite cooking can be significantly different
considering the lack of modern conveniences (fridge, etc.)  What are
some of your best tips & tricks for week-long food storage?  Do you
find that communal evening meals are worth the trouble?  What are some
of your group's favorite dishes?
