[Sca-cooks] Boned quails in period???

Hello all,

I've surfed around some (been spending lots of time on Stefan's site :-) )
and can't seem to be able to find the reference I'm looking for.

Before spending too long on this, I thought to take the "easy" way out and
ask if any of you remembers seeing a reference anywhere to quails being
boned (and kept whole) before cooking?  If you have, a pointer in the right
direction would be highly appreciated :-)
