[Sca-cooks] Clarification on "barley-cake"

The person who asked me to post the question about recipes for barley cake
turns out to be passing it on for someone else, but she THINKS the person's
original intent was period oat-cake/bannock sort of things, only made with
barley.  She will take any period answer at this point, or any reasonably
peri-oid ones.  Thanks to everyone who has helped so far!
