How can you get meringue wrong?  Egg whites, powdered or sifted sugar, cream
of tarter, vanilla, and a wee bit of cinnimon for the dusting of the tops of
the mushrooms.  Pipe stems and tops, sprinkle cinnimon on the tops, bake on
parchment on low, cool,  put together with royal icing, WHALA! Mushrooms!
