	Well, since this is the first time anything like this has been done in that
area, I'd say you have little chance of doing something as a repeat.  As I
said before, and the mantra of all folks that have food particularities, is
take something you like to eat.  That way, if the rest of the brought food
does not suit you, at least you have something you know will get you through
(no bad reflections on the group down there or anything, but I've come to
realize that this is the only way I can be sure of getting fed something
completely ok with my ever-increasinly delicate digestive tract).  Another
way of saying it is: stick with what you know.  If you aren't too familiar
with SCA period recipes, then spend some time (pack a lunch) cruising
through the Florilegium, there should be ample ideas there to keep you going
through numerous contests.
	Once you have an idea of the kind of dish you'd like to prepare, this list
is the place to ask more questions about presentation, portions, serving,
etc.
