[Sca-cooks] Dealing with ill-equiped Barons

We've always held to the idea that, as B&B, we are mostly ceremonial heads
of our group.  We represent the Crown to the populace, and vice versa, but
hold no administrative power at all.  It would be my view, as a cousin to
your Barony, that his job is to encourage and help out where needed.  The
point of whether the event will make money or not is in the hands and is the
responsibility of the Autocrat, not the Baron!  He is merely the host, and
bears no responsibility for monetary or administrative problems.
