The diarrhea probably isn't a symptom of the allergy.  Capsicum peppers have
a tendency to to loosen the bowels on everyone and some are more susceptible
than others.

The rash and blisters are consistent with an allergy.  You've obviously
developed a sensitivity to capsaicin which is producing allergens.

Gastric distress is usually indicative of an intolerance to some ingested
compound.  If histamines are produced, then the intolerance is an allergy
rather than just a sensitivity.  It can be very difficult to tell the
difference between a mild allergy and a chemical intolerance without
testing.
