That is a good thought, but I'm not sure the ovens will be available.  The
site in question is good on burner space, but very short on oven space, and I
suspect that the roast beef for the second course may still be residing
therein when it's time to make these....unless the amount of beef I need is
small enough to use the electric roaster that was just donated to the shire!
