[Sca-cooks] A Question on mustardy eggs

As I was doing it as an appetizer, I think I used about a half an egg per
person (there was lots of other food being served, both with this dish and
as part of later courses).  However, by itself, this would probably work for
2 adults.

Sorry for the delay, but I was out of touch while my computer was being
repaired!
