Whoever told you there was no handicap transport was totally
wrong.

I know there was transport last year and the year before, cause
I used it.

And I'm pretty sure there was transport at 28 because there was
a lady (who I am now acquainted with) in a leg brace that was
going everywhere by golf cart.

The one time at 31 I had to wait around because I was willing to
be lowest priority.  At 30, security took me both times because
I lived right off a patrol area.
