I will be teaching Flakes of the Middle Ages [well, ok - period grains and
legumes and their uses. But I like my title better ;-)] as well as one on
roman cooking ingredients and modern substitutes. I may also do one on
period middle eastern food ingredients and spices as well. These to be in
camp as that is where the kitchen is ;-)

Phlip may do omelet 101, and I haven't heard of any others that have been
finalized.
