Sure you can... have you had a Flourless Chocolate Cake?  Utterly
decadent.  I can post the recipe if you'd like it.  I always make
several over Passover, between my husband and friends who keep kosher
for Passover and two celiac folks in my own family who love it for
Easter dinner.
