It seems to be very popular in this area to serve "sandwiches" which,
instead of being between two pieces of bread or the like, are wrapped
into a flat bread, often tortilla-like, usually colored/"flavored" with
some vivid vegetable product.

When I eat a sandwich, I want a SANDWICH, with bread or a good crusty
roll. If I want a burrito, I'll order a burrito. :-)
