[Sca-cooks] 2nd attempt of rice cooking

As I sit here eating my first attempt of rice with sugar and milk, talk about rice crispy.  My second attempt has just finished cooking and is perfect.  Setting the timer and leaving the pot alone to cook was what I should have done last night, plus not using a spoon would have helped too.  I use my meat holding fork to stir and check.  Now to cool the rice and fix the rest of the recipe.  Thanks everyone for your helping.  Aurore
