Why not go down to a local fast food Greek restaurant
and try one before you go to all this trouble? There's
got to be one in your area. Even a few minutes on the
phone, calling Greek restayrants in the Yellow pages
ought to find you someplace. Columbus, Ohio has them
in most of the malls. Gyros are pretty simple food-
sorta like a Greco-American taco.....

Why not? You could be the Martha Stewart of the Cook's
List. Just decorate them up with a few pine cones
sprayed gold.....
