[Sca-cooks] tsaziki (yoghurt) sauce

Yesterday I decide to fix gyros, Aurore style. If I can shortcut something I will, that's my style. Went to the store and ask where is the pita bread? Was told and went to look, and look, and look. Final spotted them on the bottom shelf in the middle od the bread shelf and only taking up 1 1/2 feet of space with 2-3 white pita bread packages and 2-3 wheat pita bread. One item down, 2 more to find. Went looking for the meat strips that are preseasoned and precooked, got some. Then finally go for the sour cream, got it. I know, I know, there is more to making gyros but getting something new in the house have to get them pass 3 picky eaters, one is even 30 yrs old (S.O.). They like them pretty well. S.O. even add cheese, not bad tasting. Well that was my night of experimenting. Aurore

Sure. But I think I will try to find some pita bread first. This
idea of making some gyros is getting more and more complicated.

And no, I do not wish to raise my own lambs to get the meat to
put on my homemade vertical rotating rotissarie to make the meat
to go with my homemade tsaziki sauce...
