[Sca-cooks] Cloche Oven

this sounds a lot like the cloche oven I purchased for Phillip several years
back...it's a flat, round, tray-type pan of clay with a lip of about an
inch.  The second part is a dome-type structure that fits inside the lip,
also made of clay.  IIRC, the directions say to get the dome part wet before
baking the bread.  It makes wonderful bread!!!

Kiri (wishing Phillip were home a little more often so he could make her
some bread.......sigh.....)
