[Sca-cooks] Period cooking and camping

At our encmapment, we started a new food plan last year. Basically we do
period dinners and easy breakfasts and lunches. We don't always cook in a
period manner (open fire, etc.) but this year I am planning to do one
complete meal that way. Our last meal on Friday is a leftovers (clean out
the coolers), potluck, fill in the cracks with yummy stuff kind of meal. It
worked really well last year.
