[Sca-cooks] Period cooking and camping

We do for some of the smaller, shorter events, but most of what we do for
Pennsic is modern, though we even do a few period things there as well.  On
my night to cook this year, for example, I'll be serving a lamb stew out of
the Medieval Arab Cookery book.
