I know for myself, since I do have a *life* that we are going for a
semi-period breakfast, frumenty, breads and jam with eggs and sausage for
those who fight. Lunch is cooler sandwiches and we are aiming for period
dinners, this year it's going to be mediteranean for Thurs, Fri and Sat.
Since the Blessed Corisande is nursing we can't go too wild with spices so
we're also pre-testing a few things to make sure baby is fine with it.
We're also only shooting for the period cooking methods for dinner (with
plenty of prep before the event) and it's a very small kitchen, 12 at the
most. The event only spans Wed - Sun and Wed is set-up so we are doing
semi-period for dinner, flatbreads with sauce and toppings, grilled on the
griddle to melt the cheese <LOL>

Having only one event per year that we are trying to make as period as
possible makes it easy to plan from one year to the next. Who knows, maybe
we'll try for more than that but we'll see!
