Sounds nifty. Especially the rasp and zester holder and scrapers.

You can use those minature scrapers to carve your soapstone molds for
pewter casting...

But why would you want or how would you use double ended spatulas?
How are these better than a single ended spatula? Or two spatulas?
Does this let you flip twice as many items in the same time? :-)
