I think I know who that is. :-/

Thing is- it is kinda stoopid and redundant at that point- your're about to
give the guy a _Patent of Arms_! Which long supercedes the AoA. If your kid
is about to turn 18 and you want to give him a car, do you panic if you
remember he never had a tricycle, and go out and buy one to give him before
you turn over the keys to the Beemer? Duh!

I also wonder about someone being considered for a peerage- do the orders
not check the OP? Doesn't someone wonder why he didn't have an AoA? If it
was just an oversight, give him the belt and go on- an AoA will not make
him any bigger. If it wasn't an oversight, there might be something wrong...

Come to think of it, I have seen some Crown Princesses get AoAs in the
court just before their Coronation. Also redundant.
