I forgot to mention that one tea/salad spoon's worth of filling is not quite enough for one lumpia, but one soup spoon's heaping amount is probably too much. And there's usually about 1/3 rice to everything else - but going all the way to 1/2 rice and 1/2 meat/veggies is okay too - just add more pepper, as the flavor gets lost in all the starch. Rosine
