Tonight's newspaper carried an article about the Barilla Pasta company's
sponsored dinner in NYC last month that featured dishes based on works
of art, literture and movies. "A Celebration of Food and Culture, a
first-ever exploration of the ways that food, cooking, and dining
inspire and are expressed in film, art and literature."
I finally found the right place in the website for the recipes and menu.

One interesting dish is an autumn fruit compote inspired by Arcimboldo's
1573 picture entitled Autumn.
It's an interesting concept for a series of courses or for an entire
event.
