Greetings All
I'm looking for some recommendations for books on cheese making. Especially
ones that cover both recipes, technique and some history of the cheese. I'm
looking at it from the prespective of a hobbist doing this a home with
limited supplies, so professional books of $150 or more with 750+ pages may
be a good source but are not what I'm looking for at this point.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
