[Sca-cooks] LENT fish, and more

i was at a local chinese grocery in philly... and they have TANKS of live
fish and eels and frogs!

now i wouldnt know what to do with any of them. so...
given the possibility of a "lenten feast" what recipes would you recomend.
and can anyone suggest instructions in how to prepare live fish. eels.
frogs. or what have you??

anyone in Philly want to put on a serious Lenten vegetarian and fish feast?
i donrt like most of the SCA fish recipes i have had before. i am much
happier with roasted fish with sauce that "fish pudding" but i am open to
suggestions.
